Our Training Facilities
We have two training facilities, known as “The Labs,” providing convenient options for both individuals and teams to enhance their skills. Our Petoskey Lab is centrally located downtown, on the second floor above Center City Gym, offering easy access for local athletes. Our newest Lab, located just north of downtown Indian River, brings added convenience and opportunities for players north and east of Petoskey. With two locations, we make it simple to access the training you need to succeed.

Team Rentals
We are offering our NEW facility to Area Teams for Baseball, Softball, Soccer, and Football Team Rentals for 12 2-hour long Practices. Our open floor full turf facility is perfect for all teams to get the practice they need during the season and off-season!
Cage 1 will be available if needed.
COACHES MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL PRACTICES.
What is included
With this team rental you will be given access to the facility in Indian River for 12 2-hour long Practices. You will have access to the main floor and cage 1 to hold your practices. You will have access to the equipment for the main floor (cones, ladder, bases, and tees) and in cage 1 as well. Any equipment not listed that you need for your practice must be provided by you.
